Open Position for PhD in Informatics

Become a PhD Candidate in the Department of Informatics!

The UiB Department of Informatics is hiring for up to three open PhD positions! This is a fantastic opportunity for applicants to choose a research group and topic that they find themselves most excited about, such as working with the VisGroup in topics in visualization!

The VisGroup is jointly led by Helwig Hauser, Noeska Smit, and Laura Garrison. Each have their own research interests within the context of visualization: Helwig is particularly interested in questions around visual data science, Noeska in medical applications for visualization, and Laura in visual engagement and design processes/perspectives.
