VisGroup @ VCBM 2025

The VisGroup attended the 2025 VCBM Symposium held this year from October 2-3 at the lovely TU Delft in the Netherlands.

Helwig Hauser chaired the VCBM Steering Committee meeting while at Delft. Second-year PhD student Amy Zhang contributed to the GI Fachgruppen meeting with a talk on Looking at speculative design for biomedical visualization.

Amy also ran a workshop for students at the Bio+Med+Vis Summer School co-located with VCBM. This workshop, DataVis 10½: A practical intro to data visualization with Vega-Altair, was created together with Pere-Pau Vázquez (Barcelona UPC) and Laura Garrison (Bergen).
